This album is a collection of 16 sad songs exploring heartbreak: mostly the heartbreak of living on a planet in the midst of a climate collapse.

The sonic landscape is lush with reverbed layers of ethereal vocals, high-pitched whistling, field recordings, electric guitar, accordion, saxophone, strum stick, synth pads and ukulele. Some have described the genre to be bedroom pop, but Sludge prefers mystical cronecore.

Each track corresponds to an illustration.
